Privacy Policy

We believe in being straightforward. Here's exactly what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What We Collect

Account: Email, display name, profile picture (if you sign in with Google)
License & device: Device ID, device binding status, API keys (stored as hashes and encrypted values)
Usage: Number of jobs created, timestamps, and IP address (used for approximate country-level location)
Payments: Handled entirely by Stripe — we only receive a payment success/failure status. We never see or store your card number.
Community & support: Messages and files you send in the forum or by email

2. Third-Party AI Cookies

For the automation to work, the Renderqo extension reads session cookies from the AI accounts you're logged into in your browser (such as Google, ChatGPT, Meta, or Grok). These cookies are sent to the Renderqo server running on your own machine to execute tasks — they are never uploaded to our cloud servers and are not stored permanently.

To deliver the service and verify your license
To maintain security and detect unusual activity
To process payments

We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Who Sees Your Data

Only the service providers necessary to run the platform:

Stripe — payment processing
Google — sign-in via Google Account
Hosting provider — infrastructure and data storage
Email provider — transactional emails

We only share with government authorities when legally required.

5. How Long We Keep Data

Accounts and orders: retained while your account is active, and for as long as accounting law requires after closure
Usage logs: automatically trimmed based on per-device limits
Login and audit logs: kept for no more than 3 months

6. Security

Media files and uploads are encrypted at rest. Connections use HTTPS. The local communication channel is also encrypted. That said, no system is 100% secure — if you spot anything suspicious, let us know.

7. Your Rights

You can request to view, correct, or delete your data at any time. Just email support@renderqo.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. Minors

This service is not intended for anyone under the legal age of majority (20 years old under Thai law). If you're a minor, please have a parent or guardian review and approve your use of the service.

9. Policy Changes

If we make significant changes, we'll notify you in advance by email or via a notice on the website.
