Terms of Service

This agreement explains how Renderqo works, what you get, and what each side is responsible for. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. What Renderqo Is

Renderqo is an automation tool that lets you generate images and videos on AI platforms like Google Flow, ChatGPT, Meta AI, or Grok — automatically, using your own accounts. The service runs on your computer. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.

2. Third-Party AI Accounts

You need your own account on whichever AI platform you want to use, and you log in yourself. Some platforms may not allow automation — it's your responsibility to check their terms and to accept any risk of account restriction or suspension. We can't be held responsible for what happens to your third-party accounts.

3. Payments and Refunds

Prices are in Thai Baht (THB) and processed through Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Because every plan includes a free trial period before purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment has been made. If you run into any issue, reach out — we're happy to help.

Recurring plans renew automatically each cycle. You can cancel anytime before the next billing date. Card payments can be made either as auto-renewing subscriptions or as a one-time (non-renewing) charge at the same price; PromptPay is always a one-time charge per cycle.

Changing and upgrading plans

  • You can upgrade to a higher plan. We credit the unused value of your current plan (based on what you actually paid, prorated by the days already used) against the price of the new plan, and show you the breakdown to confirm before any charge. This credit applies to auto-renewing card subscriptions.
  • You cannot switch to a lower-tier plan (e.g. from yearly back to monthly) — only upgrades are allowed.
  • A lifetime plan cannot be changed to any other plan, as it is already a permanent entitlement.
  • The free trial is available only until your first paid purchase; after that the trial can no longer be claimed.

4. Acceptable Use

Please don't use Renderqo to create illegal content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), defamatory content, or manipulated media (deepfakes) intended to deceive. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our software either.

5. Ownership of Generated Content

Renderqo makes no claim over what you create. Rights to generated content are governed by the terms of the AI platform that produced it, and you're responsible for how you use that content.

6. Our Responsibility

We do our best to keep things running smoothly. However, because we depend on third-party platforms we don't control, their UI or policy changes may temporarily break features. We'll fix things as fast as we can, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or results.

If something goes wrong and you have a valid claim, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the incident.

7. Changes to These Terms

If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in advance by email or via a notice on the website. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
